📢 State Bank of India (SBI) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) in its clerical cadre under Advertisement No. CRPD/CR/2025-26/06. This is a great opportunity for graduates looking to join India’s leading public sector bank.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Educational Qualification (As of 31.12.2025):

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • Final-year students may apply provisionally, subject to producing proof of graduation by 31.12.2025.

✅ Age Limit (As on 01.04.2025):

  • Minimum: 20 years

  • Maximum: 28 years
    (born between 02.04.1997 and 01.04.2005)

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST – 5 years

  • OBC – 3 years

  • PwBD – Up to 15 years

  • Ex-Servicemen – As per government norms

💼 Job Role

Junior Associates will handle:

  • Customer support

  • Sales

  • Basic banking services

  • Cross-selling of products

💵 Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Pay: ₹26,730/- (including 2 increments for graduates)

  • Gross Monthly Emoluments: Approx. ₹46,000/- (Metro cities)

  • Benefits include DA, HRA, medical, PF, pension (NPS), leave fare, and other allowances.

📝 Selection Process

  1. Phase-I: Preliminary Exam (100 Marks – Objective – Online)

    • English, Reasoning, Numerical Ability

    • Duration: 1 hour (20 mins each section)

  2. Phase-II: Mains Exam (200 Marks – Objective – Online)

    • General/Financial Awareness, English, Quant, Reasoning + Computer

    • Duration: 2 hrs 40 mins

  3. Phase-III: Local Language Test

    • Applicable if the candidate hasn’t studied the local language in 10th/12th.

Note: Prelims are qualifying in nature; only Mains marks will be considered for final selection.

♿ Reservation & Relaxation

  • PwBD reservation: 4% (Horizontal)

  • Ex-Servicemen (XS/DXS): 14.5% combined

  • Must provide valid supporting certificates.
