📢 The Intelligence Bureau (IB), Ministry of Home Affairs, invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Security Assistant/Executive in various Subsidiary Intelligence Bureaux (SIBs) across India.

📚 Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification: 10th class pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board

• Language/Domicile: Knowledge of local language/dialect of applied SIB & domicile certificate

• Age Limit: 18 to 27 years (Relaxation as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/ex-servicemen/women, etc.)

💼 Salary:

• Pay Level-3: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 + allowances

• Special Security Allowance: 20% of basic pay

• Cash Compensation: For duty on holidays (up to 30 days)

📝 Selection Process:

1. Tier-I: Online MCQ (100 marks, 1 hour)

2. Tier-II: Descriptive (Language Translation – 50 marks, 1 hour)

3. Tier-III: Interview/Personality Test (50 marks)
   ✅ Final selection based on Tier-I & Tier-III
