The Bank of Baroda (BOB) has officially released a recruitment notification for 2500 posts of Local Bank Officer (LBO) under Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMG/S-I). Educational Qualification:

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institute.

• Minimum 1 year experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.

• Note: Experience in NBFCs, cooperative banks, payment banks, small finance banks, or fintech companies will not be considered.

Age Limit (as of 01-07-2025):

• Minimum Age: 21 years

• Maximum Age: 30 years

• Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in the local language of the state applied for.

• CIBIL Score: Minimum 680 or above.

• Probation Period: 12 months

• Promotion Policy: Posting in the same state for up to 12 years or until promoted to SMGS-IV, whichever comes earlier.
