APPSC Executive Officer Grade-III Recruitment 2025 – Notification Details

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has released Notification No. 10/2025 dated 12 August 2025 for Direct Recruitment to the post of Executive Officer Grade-III in the A.P. Endowments Subordinate Service.
This recruitment drive is for 07 carried-forward vacancies in the pay scale of ₹25,220 – ₹80,910.

Note: Some vacancies carry horizontal reservations for women and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PBD).

• Application Start Date: 13 August 2025

• Application End Date: 02 September 2025 (up to 11:00 PM)

• Mode of Exam: Offline (OMR-based)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in India.

• The candidate must profess the Hindu religion as per the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987.

Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025)

• Minimum: 18 years

• Maximum: 42 years

• Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST/BC/EWS: 5 years

  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 10 years

  • Ex-servicemen & NCC instructors: As per rules

  • AP State Govt. employees: Up to 5 years (conditions apply)

Reservation Details

• Vertical Reservation: SC, ST, BC, EWS

• Horizontal Reservation: Women, PBD, Ex-servicemen, Meritorious Sports Persons

• Local Reservation: As per Article 371-D and Presidential Order

Selection Process

1. Written Examination – Objective Type (Degree Standard)

   • Paper-I: General Studies & Mental Ability (150 marks, 150 min)

   • Paper-II: Hindu Philosophy & Temple System (150 marks, 150 min)

   • Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark for each wrong answer

2. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) – Practical Type

   • Office Automation, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Basics

   • Qualifying Marks:

     • OC: 40

     • BC: 35

     • SC/ST/PBD: 30

Application Process

1. One Time Profile Registration (OTPR):

   • Register at psc.ap.gov.in to get an OTPR ID.

2. Login & Apply:

   • Use OTPR ID and password, fill out the application form, and upload the required details.

3. Fee Payment:

   • Application Processing Fee: ₹250

   • Examination Fee: ₹80 (Exempted for SC/ST/BC/PBD/Ex-servicemen and certain AP residents)

   • Pay online via net banking/credit/debit card.
