Recruitment for Security Screener (Fresher) at AAICLAS

AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS), a fully owned subsidiary of the Airports Authority of India, is inviting applications for various positions on a fixed-term engagement contract. These positions will contribute to AAICLAS’s mission to become the largest integrated cargo logistics and ground handling operator in India.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join as Security Screener (Fresher) for a period of three years.

AAICLAS Security Screener (Fresher): Key Details

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Graduate from a recognized university with:
     • 60% marks for general candidates.
     • 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.
2. Language Skills:
   • Must be able to read and speak English and Hindi. Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
3. Age Limit:
   • Maximum 27 years as of 1st November 2024.

Job Role for Security Screener (Fresher)

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Screening cargo and baggage using technical equipment.
• Ensuring airport security as per the guidelines of AAICLAS.

• General/OBC Candidates: ₹750/-
• SC/ST/EWS/Women Candidates: ₹100/- (with valid certificate)

1. Mode of Application:

2. Required Documents:
   • Matriculation/Secondary Certificates.
   • Graduation Degree/Provisional Certificate and Marksheet.
   • Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable).
   • Aadhar Card.
   • Recent passport-sized photograph.
   • Scanned signature.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will:

1. Appear for an eye and color blindness test.
2. Undergo further screening and training as per AAICLAS standards.
3. The training includes several modules to certify them as security screeners.

Training & Remuneration

Training Schedule

Salary Structure

• First Year: ₹30,000 per month
• Second Year: ₹32,000 per month
• Third Year: ₹34,000 per month
• Stipend during training: ₹15,000 per month.

Additional Benefits:

• Medical insurance reimbursement up to ₹10,000/year.
• Gratuity as per the Gratuity Act.
• Leave benefits:
  • Privilege Leave: 18 days/year
  • Half-Pay Leave (Sick): 12 days/year
  • Casual Leave: 9 days/year
  • Restricted Holidays: 2 days/year

Important Notes

1. Training Requirements:
   • Candidates must pass all training modules within two attempts.
   • If a candidate fails in the first attempt, the stipend will be reduced to ₹10,000/month, and the cost of the second attempt will be borne by the candidate.
   • Failure in the second attempt will result in the cancellation of the contract.
2. Travel Allowances:
   • TA/DA for training and tours will be provided as per 3rd AC train fare.
